We ate well in this restaurant, however slightly disappointed in the reviews I expected something more refined. I didn't put 5 stars because I took a salmon carpacio and to my great surprise I was served a slice of salmon, which has nothing to do with a carpacio. And my meat commands to the point slightly bleeding. But the setting to eat super authentic in this little alley with a very good service.
Good table in the heart of old village in Bonneval sur Arc. Some very nice inventions to discover in addition to traditional mountain dishes (focus, pie, diots). Reservation almost indispensable for having a table in this Bonnevalain setting.
Place super a meat to the top super nice staff listened to the customer I recommend it
