Mcdonald's - Bonner Springs

Great friendly staff, even if they have little personal. depending on the time of day, you could wait for her to eat. they have come far in the last weeks in efficiency and I know they will soon be a1!

I just love a burnt around the edges where you can taste the burnt, McMuffin. Don’t you? Gross!

They have a special crew working tonight by far the worst experience I've had there start things off they tried to give me the wrong order after I told them this wasn't mine then I asked for 4 things of BBQ sauce and sweet sour and ranch didn't get any my kids happy meal didn't even have a piece of meat in it just buns ordered a mc double with just ketchup on it got a single with pickles on it both juice boxes didn't have straws either.

I’m not sure how much longer they’ll even keep the lobby open much less have staff interact with customers.

I asked them if they could make me a big mac without pickles or salat. they answered quickly that they could and then said well hold the pickles and salat, because special orders do not stand up
