Kfc - Bonita Springs

Quick dinner snack. Had two tenders with biscuit and mash potatoes. Orig recipe on chicken tasted off, biscuit was not fresh (dry and not soft), potatoes Luke warm. I live 4 mins away from store. I hate nights where we can't decide on what to eat andfall back on fast food. Kinda had to complain to folks in store, most don't give a hoot and heaven help if I hurt someone'sfeelings. Update, 8/2022. Bad Bad Bad.. no change, Bad service, poor quality of food, not that clean. Three strikes,,, neveragain will we go to or refer this location not unless we don't like the people. Shame on the management.

The food was great! the personality could bear some improvements. I understand. I've been working for 40 years in retail! I never let the customers control my look for the day.

What a sad experience. it took more than 5 minutes for someone who takes my order, I was seen several times by employees. ordered 5 pc big box chicken stripes, comes with Slav, kartoffels, biscuits and drink. I have at home with our meal and surprise. biscuit was old and hard. chicken strips were also hard and chewing. Original recipe coating almost as it was cooked twice. 5 pc meal, dog got three pieces and a cookie. soad and koleslaw were just something that was even close to edible. what a great waste of time and money. that has already happened in this loading, which means that the administration does not give a hoot. I do not ask for this to be honoured in order to get too eager. I can repeat that if necessary. ps saw in pocket for reception, so I could put in transaction number, but low and see no acknowledgement.
