Bidra med feedbackWorst DQ ever. Where to start. Compared to every other DQ I've ever been to, and it's a a lot...this place serves the smallest ice cream servings of them all. They are constantly out of things, like whipped cream, bananas, Reeses...and mind you there's aPublix literally next door. They claim they have to get stuff from Costco, which I understand is where they get some supplies,but if you're out and a Publix is 50 feet away, you get what's needed instead of customers walking out. These kids they havethere working there don't care either, it's like they are just starting to grasp the concept of time and have ZERO customerservice skills. The ice cream is good, when they are able to serve it with ingredients they have in stock. Will never return tothis location, will go to the other one just north. Not the cleanest location either.
This place definitely makes the best blizzards and just when I thought they couldn't get any better Lilly waits on me and makes an even better Heath Blizzard!! Thank you Lilly definitely the best I've had!
Great place for treats, too many standing folks. They should switch the 2-top tables to 4-top. Blizzards are great ????
Terrible customer service. Asked for extra whip cream and did not get it. Ordered pretzels and after making them, the guy told me they didn?t have cheese to dip them in. He didn?t even offer a ranch or anything to replace it. So pretzels went into thetrash because they were dry and not enjoyable. Really glad I tipped them just to be disappointed. What?s the point of having asign on the door that says ?Fan First Promise? and then do nothing to fix the order?
Website says they close at 10pm, and we arrived at 8:55 pm there were two people sitting on the outside bench eating their ice cream. The girl inside ran to the door and locked it, then ran back behind the counter and turned off the lights. Another carpulled in and asked if they were closed and when we told them yes, they were a little upset. I called the manager the next dayand before I could say why I was calling he said I know we closed early last night due to just a few customers. I told him wedrove from mid Naples area and didn?t appreciate how that went down. He said sorry. Sorry is nice but doesn?t replace my gasor time! Joke was on them as we went to Royal Scoop and had a much better Banana split and service!
