I used to come here a lot pre-pandemic, but ever since I started working from home I have been making my food at home for lunch. I used to love their Salmon Sandwich, so I decided to try it again since it's been a while. THE SALMON piece was so TINY!!! I went back to the store, and the lady started digging into the sandwich and said it's hidden in the cheese, and that the portions are weighed. I wish I took a picture, it is a sad looking sandwich!!! Anyway, she threw the sandwich away and refunded me the money. While I was in front of the cashier, she told me that she recognized me from yesterday (and then rescinded her statement and said maybe it was a couple of weeks ago)... and that I complained about the same thing! That irritated me so much because I have not been to the store in so long, but she claims that it was me. Well, it just proved to me that people are indeed complaining about the portions that they are serving. not just me. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one has lost my business. And if they continue doing what they're doing, they're going to lose more customers. I told her that I used to come here pre-pandemic and haven't back since until today. She then said that it's because of the inflation, prices have gone up... I understand that, but if prices have gone up, reflect it in the prices NOT the serving portions. Don't keep the same price, but reduce the portion size. P.S. Lesson Learned: I should have done this before ordering from the store. If you SORT the yelp reviews from Newest to Oldest, you'll notice the amount of low stars coming in are NEW.
