Subway - Bongaree

The only complaint I have is that it is so hot in the Bribie store. How those lovely girls work in that store with just 2 fans over the tables and none over their work area. Come.on, give them some air-conditioning .

Subway is my go to, but service at this store is pretty slow. Often I notice that some of the staff do not put the correct portion of various items on, and bread is under stocked. Friendly service most of the time at least. The store is always too hot for my son, maybe get an air conditioner fix it?

I have been here a few times and they never seem to have cookies..like at all..except today they had 1 broken one they triwd to sell. It was at 1pm as well so there is no reason to have nothing. Also noticed they lacked variety of breads too. Seems like poor stock management at this store.

Arrived at around 6:45pm (store closes at 7:30pm) to be told the toaster had already been turned off... Took an un toasted sub. Arrived home to find it poorly wrapped chicken and salad on one half was completely out of the bread. Some chicken had even be wrapped into the paper so rather than fixing it had obviously been double wrapped (both had stickers). Clearly the staff just didn 't care. One of my least favourite subway restaurants. Unfortunately not a one off poor experience here...

Came in Yesterday, bought a footlong and a drink and cookies paid $25! I open email today and it says all customers Yesterday SUPPOSED TO GET BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FOOTLONG AND DRINK. GIRL AT COUNTER DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. WORST SUBWAY DOESNT CARE ABOUT WHAT THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE IS TRYING TO PROMOTE. MACKAY AND BRISBANE AIRPORT SUBWAYS HAVE BETTER SERVICE THEN YOU WILL EVER DREAM OF HAVING BRIBIE ISLAND. I've brought my resume into your store before but you weren't hiring. I am an ex assistant store manager of 4 subway stores, one of which is ALWAYS at Queensland's BEST SELLING STORES. You need good trained staff who KNOW how to run ur subway store PROPERLY. Ur staff are lazy, messy, and no common sense. Read all the previous reviews....stop hiring unreliable, untrustworthy children. And have them supervised at all times Will help you greatly
