Bidra med feedbackThis is hands down my new favorite Mexican food spot in Pueblo. We got our lunch there today. First off, the server was a very kind, friendly and nice person. I felt welcomed immediately. My husband is usually not easy to please when it comes to food. He had the Hawaiian Chorizo tacos and loved them. I had the biarria queso tacos. The flavor, taste and smell was sooo good! I'm going to be back more often! Thank you!!One note is there isn't indoor dining, but that's not as important to me as the food travels well and was still very warm when we got home.
Ordered breakfast burritos for an early morning training at work and everyone loved it. Order was ready on time. Friendly staff and delicious food and salsas.
Tried for the first day today. Amazing!!The owner and service is awesome, they are incredibly nice. The Birria Queso Taco with consome is “chefs kiss”! Everything else we tried was delicious, down to the rice and beans. Will be retuning soon.
There have been several operators that have been in this building. They all closed. I suspect that it is because this setup is a little strange. It is pretty much drive-thru only. There are two cement tables and three or four parking spaces. So we parked, and walked in the door, to find out that we were in the back room. A nice lady heard us walk in, and walk out, and ran outside to say that we were more than welcome to come in and give her our order. We ordered a birria quesadilla to share between us.Thank God we did! When it came it was huge and stuffed both of us. It was delicious! The tortilla was cooked so that is gave a little crunch. Perfect. We had our own waters. But a little kid, Dante', came out to give us a sample of their mango/pineapple drink. While tasty, it was too sweet for me, but my wife loved it. Thanks Dante'!The menu is huge. We will be back to try other things. I think this is the best Mexican food in Pueblo. It is possible that it would rank in the top ten in Denver.Hats off to the cook and the family that runs this place. Highly recommended!
Super nice people and the food is some of the tastiest food I've had in Pueblo! The Birria is addicting and the chicken in the quesadilla was seasoned well and not just boiled chicken which is uncommon in this town. Their horchata is above average and they sell a bunch of other tasty drinks. Even dessert!
