Bidra med feedbackIt's happened now at least five times that I've ordered a gallon of unsweetened tea and received SWEETENED.I mention my medical condition to no avail when ordering.It is my opinion they directly lie to customers to keep the line moving when product is not available.Management should feel a moral obligation to not knowingly provide the wrong product consistently.Very Christian Operation....really?

Even though my Chick fil a app was not working correctly. They made sure I received what I ordered. Belinda (Melinda)was wonderful. Not sure which as I am from out of town.
This chick fil a literally ALWAYS hands me the wrong drink. No matter how loud or how many times i say “half and half” when i get to the window they hand me a sweet tea. I really hate coming here and cringe anytime my kids ask to go to chick fil a but it’s the nearest one. I am going to start driving out of my way in hopes they will get my drink right smh. Yesterday my girlfriend ordered me and the kids something and again, a sweet tea instead of a half and half. I don’t drink sweet tea by itself so many times chick fil a has stolen my money because i sigh in disgust everytime i learn it’s a sweet tea and i have to throw it away. Obviously there are too many teenagers working here and the communication is poor
I don’t know why it’s only me but y’all need to stop putting hair in my food??
