Bidra med feedbackI recently visited Pizza Hut for the first time since the pandemic, but unfortunately, it will also be my last visit. I felt like it was a total rip off and that Pizza Hut was taking advantage of the situation. My husband and I usually share a large pizza with different toppings on each half, but we were told that they no longer offer that option. Instead, we had to each order individual pizzas at a higher price. The salad bar was also closed, which I understood due to social distancing measures. However, the alternative offered was a small bowl of lettuce, some shredded carrot, and a few cherry tomatoes. If you wanted more salad, you had to pay for another serving. I believe they could have kept the salad bar open and had the waitress serve customers to avoid waste. The waitress was very nice, but I cannot justify paying more for less food. I understand that times are tough, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I hadn't visited our local Pizza Hut this year as it seemed to be closed for a long time, even after other restaurants had reopened. However, we decided to give it a try last night and were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and everything we tried was a pleasant surprise since it was all new to us. The restaurant is well spaced out for social distancing from other diners. We both tried the flatbread pizzas, which are a lower calorie option on the menu. They were surprisingly tasty and a smaller portion size, so we didn't feel too stuffed after eating. The new cheesecake for dessert was also really good. We'll definitely be ordering it again next time we visit!
I tried to make a reservation at this restaurant, but it didn't work. When I arrived, I had to wait about ten minutes for a table. To add to the frustration, we had to use a difficult app to place our order, which took a long time. They forgot one of our pizzas and a side dish, and we had to remind them and start from scratch, so we weren't able to eat together as a family. Some of the items we ordered were not available, and there were no apologies given, they just didn't show up. They even ran out of mayo, which was surprising. We ordered garlic bread, but when it arrived, the woman at the cashier initially said they didn't have any. After some insistence, it magically appeared a few minutes later. There weren't enough staff working, and while some were good, others were not very effective. It seemed like they were understaffed to handle a full restaurant. The food, when it eventually arrived, was decent. However, despite the "eat out to help out" promotion, I won't be returning to this restaurant. I'd rather support a different place next time. This problem isn't just because of the coronavirus, as I noticed a decline in service quality at a different branch last year when they switched to counter service and had fewer staff. It seems like they are cutting costs in the wrong places, which could explain why they are facing financial troubles. It's no wonder that some of the staff seemed unhappy to be there.
Ordered for a change not been for years. Now I know why all pizzas where burnt and cold both sides cold and burnt. No garlic bread for kids.. never again a dear order for inedible food, tried putting our own jalpenos and garlic sauce...on still went in bin.. ville cheap cheddar dry cheese NOT mozzarella.. no taste
For the first time in a long time, decided to go for a pizza and mistakenly chose Pizza Hut. Oh how the mighty have fallen; for a great many years as a brand it has been one of the giants, alas no more. There is...no more table service; one now chooses from the menu and pays before one tries! A great feat of trickery to pocket your cash before you eat their trash! The garlic bread was more garlic dread (with extra grease). The chicken wings were deep fried sins, also plentifully greasy. A meat feast? like a meat fast, for inches of little worth. And the Chicken flatbread should be renamed chicken tat bread! Anyway I think you all get the idea, to top it all the restaurant was absolutely freezing and I’ve never seen so many people eating with their coats on! Even our complaint was brushed off as indeed has the quantity of toppings on the pizzas. Next time it’s Frankie and Benny’s, at least there you get a better quality of over priced junk food. Last but not least, how long has this mouldy lolly been sat there!
