Pizza Del Mondo - Bolton

The food at this restaurant is amazing, but the delivery service is disappointing. It took an hour to receive 2 pizzas, even though the restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, I started getting fraud alerts shortly after providing my card details (related to this specific purchase). I suggest avoiding using cards for payment at this restaurant or opting to pay in cash instead.

Do not waste your time at this restaurant. We have been ordering takeout from here for over four years, sometimes even twice a week. However, last week we had a terrible experience. Our order arrived without the ice we requested, and despite the deliveryman saying he would return with it, he never did. When I called to complain, it seemed like they only took action because I spoke up. This week's order was even worse. We waited for an hour for our food, only for it to arrive cold and of awful quality. The kebab had no chili sauce and very little salad, and there was barely any cheese on the garlic bread. When we pointed this out to the delivery driver, he claimed to know nothing about it and did not offer to rectify the situation. Despite complaining, they promised to send a replacement item but never did. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food quality is extremely poor. Do not recommend.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude. When one of them dropped food, they picked it up and sent it out for delivery. The service was extremely slow and it took a long time for the food to arrive. I went in looking clean-shaven and left with a full beard because of the wait. The food was mediocre at best. The pizza and kebab were the only decent options. I recommend going to Asda next door instead for a better and more predictable dining experience at a lower cost. Avoid this place at all costs - you've been warned!

Great good great service would normally recommend order to eat on Uber, but this time in shop very friendly guys called and as I said the food is great thank you guys

First time trying Del Mondo, simply by driving past, noticing the sign and remember what good things I 've been told. Walked in and the first the we noticed was how clean the takeaway was and how friendly the staff were. After browsing the menu we...opted for meal deal number 5 two regular calzones for £11.50. First thought what a cracking deal. We then proceeded to order. Where we chose 2 regular create your own calzones. I was pleased to see a good range of topics to chose from. On the first calzone we chose mushrooms, spicy meat, pepperoni and jalapeños. On the second calzone we chose pepperoni, chicken, mushrooms and bacon. We payed and told the employee behind the counter that we will be in the car waiting. To which he replied don 't worry about it I 'll bring it to you , what a legend! After around 10 minutes our food was brought to us, piping hot and looking delicious. Realising we had forgot garlic mayo, we went back in to ask for some, we asked how much, to which he replied dont worry about it, its on the house , once again, legend! We drove home, then ate our calzones and can honestly say they are THE BEST calzones we 've ever had! The garlic mayo is also clearly home made and very very good. We will be definitely be returning again, we 've found our new favourite takeaway.
