Pizza 2 Go - Bolton

I ordered my food and after waiting for half an hour, I discovered that it was being delivered to a location around the corner. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but a rude man answered the phone and shouted at me, dismissing my concerns and blaming me for the mistake. I am extremely upset at the way I was treated by the staff.

Ordered a few times and always been nice. Tonight my partner ordered the chicken zinger burger and the chicken looked and tasted like processed **** and the hash brown was all soggy. The chips were stale tasting. My eldest ordered the donner wrap meal, the wrap was Rock hard so couldn't wrap it properly. Ordered cheesy chips and they came without cheese even though I'd been charged. I understand people make mistakes but wow so many is unacceptable. It has put me off ordering from here. Short of 30quid spent and 80% in the bin.

Brilliant takeaway only round the corner from my house which is brilliant but also means I never cook for myself haha excellent friendly staff. Mixed bullet is my favourite

Raw chicken was just topping off a bad meal. We ordered the mix kebab off the menu which included lamb kofta to get told when it arrived without it they don’t do it. We asked for the sauce and “salad “ separate on the chicken tikka and chips for it to come on the order and very soggy. The salad consisted of just very largely chopped onions and tomatoes . When we called the restaurant they were extremely rude and didn’t care. Also the restaurant is less then a mile from our house but on a Monday night took an hour and ten mins to arrive for 2 kebabs ... so when it arrived raw this was a lovely surprise !rude and bad food would never recommend unless you want food poising

Always great food here. Good price for how much food you get. Great deals. Even for the small ones to. Always order from them. Fast and great service
