Pit Stop - Bolton

We ordered from here at 4.30pm on a Friday for delivery. At 17.50 I called the takeaway and offered to collect. I was told it was out for delivery. At 18.30 I called back as I hadn't received it. I was told they would call back when they spoke to the driver. No call back. I called and cancelled my order as it would be too cold. I was told I would be refunded electronically. Over a week later and no refund. I Think I was just told I'd be refunded to stop me calling. Its not appropriate when people are spending their hard earned money.

Ordered online 60 min wait...almost 2 hrs later the food came...cold burnt pizzas...cold fries...luke warm wings !! ..this is after i rang to see where order was to be told just cooking it now....3 minutes later food arrived !!!....last couple of times not been great but tonight was the final straw !!! Taking full pizzas back tomorrow getting refund won't bother again....customer service shocking !!! Food shocking !!!

Won't be ordering from here again ordered a chicken n dinner kebab and the chicken is not cooked so won't be ordering again

I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about, we love Pit Stop! The pizzas are amazing and we usually come about once every fortnight. The kebabs are lovely too. I recommend the garlic bread, hot n spicy pizza and meat feast pizza. Can't recommend enough and the staff are lovely.

We wanted to give a try for a new placed and did not order from one of our usuals this time. Big regret, won't ever again order from this place. Food was fatty, only warm, but not hot, naan bread was raw, döner meat tasteless and bony... At least they can read and there was enough salad.
