Frankie Benny's Bolton

This is a classic American dining spot with outstanding service provided by the two staff members who attended to our table. The food isn't extravagant, but it's definitely generous in portion size, and the service was quick. I would be happy to recommend this place.

We visited Franc Bennies and were greeted by a server who handed us a flat glass of Prosecco, which we exchanged for a fresh one. When our two steak frites arrived, both were supposed to be medium but were completely overcooked. They were so tough that I struggled to cut them even with a steak knife, let alone chew them. One of the steaks remained completely untouched (the other person's meal was served outside). Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we didn't have the opportunity to raise our concerns before the end of the meal.
