Pizzaville - Bolton

It was my friends birthday party, we were there to enjoy and the guy was really so rude, we all felt like we got pointed out because of our race which is not fair at all. If I had option to give zero star I would. That guy should learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE skills at least. Worst experience ever. Would never go back and is not recommended to anyone!!!

We recently visited Pizzaville to celebrate our friend’s B’day, and unfortunately the experience left much to be desired.The behaviour of the staff led us to believe that they were treated us poorly because of our ethnicity. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making it difficult for us to enjoy our celebration.

I wan to start by saying I don’t love Pizzaville I love BOLTONS Pizzaville. They set the bar high for other locations. Anytime I am craving pizza and order if I’m out of town I’m always disappointed because I expect the same amazing quality I get from this location but no one else even comes close! They get it right all the time. Not only do they know how to cook a pizza but they also have the most delicious store exclusive menu of homemade pasta sandwiches that are to die for! If I could eat there everyday I would! always friendly and ready to serve you with a smile!

Amazing dinner options. We ordered for a family of 4. Gnocchi alla vodka, agnolotti in Alfredo sauce, 2 sweet veal sandwiches and side of meatballs which came with soft bread. Perfect portions for everyone with leftovers. Definitely satisfying for a “not sure what to have for dinner night?” Cheers to the staff at Bolton great work.

I like to come here for the sandwiches and customer service. They make you feel like family and are quick with their orders. Photo is a veal sandwich and it has never failed to always be a great choice. I will continue to come here as long as they stay in business. Really great place for great food.
