Mr Submarine - Bolton

I have visited this restaurant several times before, but this may be my last. It appears to have new management or staff. The Classic Assorted Sub is usually difficult to mess up, but this time it was drenched in sub sauce when I asked for just a small amount. The sub sauce didn't have its typical flavor this time, it tasted very strong. The service was not exceptional, but it was acceptable.

This is definitely the worst Mr. Sub I have ever had. The bread was so stale that I had to remove the meat and eat it without the bread. Did the restaurant change ownership? That's not good.

Rude Service, but the place was empty. You couldn't understand what I said. You always said what? There were very small blows. I was frustrated... Only paid and left. We will not revise

This restaurant is part of a chain, so the review may not be entirely relevant. However, it is worth mentioning that the management at this location is doing a great job. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad sub, which is definitely a positive aspect of the restaurant.

Whenever I'm in Canada..I gotta have the cold cut sub with everything on it and special sauce..and then micowave it to get it soft and melty.
