Bidra med feedbackThe essence of Italy. Kingdom of prosciutto. Best place to sit and enjoy all those flavours and tastes. Paper plates and cups, wooden cutlery-a big plus. Very good house wine, free water and good music.
Prosciutto is ham which is produced in northern Italy. It can be purchased and consumed in this affordable delicatessen. The original prosciutto is made with great care; it's far superior to hams which are produced cheaply. This superior DOP certifie product is sold in the Prosciuttera deli; it's well worth the money.
La Prosciutteria is a famous Florence based eatery that has branches in several cities around Italy including a couple places here in Bologna. We recently made an evening visit to there branch along Via Guglielmo Oberdan and had a great time. Opening hours are 11.45am to 11pm daily. They have upstairs and basement level seating and a few casual table setups outside as well. You can take-away and delivery if staying nearby as well. Order at the counter, wait staff will help you find a table if they are busy, which they seemed to usually be during our recent stay in the city. Environs are a bit loud inside, a lot of small group here talking and having a good time while enjoying good food. During our visit we ordered the Sliced Special Meats cutting board as well as the Sliced Porchetta. Boards were brought out with bread and everything tasted very good. House wine was fine as well. It was a fair amount of food for three people to share and eat and an overall good experience. Environs are casual, fun and weleft satisfied with our food and drinks. Would be happy to eat here or at one of their other branches in Italy in the future.
A nice place for a plateau and drinks. Pros: quick service, nice place Cons: sandwiches are not the best, toilets not clean at all, very busy, very little jam and cheese on the plateau.
Una qualità eccellente! Il servizio self-service rende l'atmosfera un po' spartana, ma lo consiglio vivamente.
