They are aic (associazione italiano celiacchia) certified so that they know how to treat crucid contamination. I am not quite sure which precautions they take, but I have no more to ask with the AIC label, as long as I tell them I have celiac.

Local without too much pretense, but located in a very nice passage, compensated by the gluten-free food so good. I had the opportunity to taste the typical tortellini with bolognese ragù that nothing has to envy to the classics with gluten. very helpful waiter.
