Bidra med feedbackPork sundae and pizza with mango fruit beer! Delicious! This was a really good place in cute little town!
Wow, just wow! The food was amazingly good. 12 to 16 beers on tap and plenty of craft beers in the refrigerator. Highly recommend eating while you're here. Only downside was there were no TV on to watch.
Sublime Smoke is an impressive addition to the Canton area! I am originally from coastal North Carolina, and it was a pleasant surprise to come across pulled pork that wasn’t mushy and soggy. I’ve been twice now and the food is consistently well prepared, deliciously seasoned, with sauces that compliment everything. It was even MORE surprising to find that one of the sides offered were collard greens!! And not just a novelty offering either, but again, expertly prepared and seasoned; if I had a biscuit I would’ve soaked up the pot liquor from the collards like the true Southern Boy I am!! If I sound super excited over this place it’s because I am. Their beer selection is also extremely impressive AND they have excellent gear for sale (I bought a nice hat and a zip-up hoodie), but the thing that took it over the edge for me was the availability of Cheerwine on the fountain drink! I was immediately a teenager in the mid 90s again, hanging out with my friends on Topsail Island, celebrating graduation! The ONLY critique I have is that I was hoping they would surprise me with the vinegar sauce from the coast that I grew up having, but like I said, the sauces available were fantastic… so not really a critique, but more of a longing, lol! And that’s what truly good food and a good dining environment does, right? They take you back to the good. They make you laugh and remember and open you for new memories, that you can look back on fondly. So make some new memories at Sublime Smoke, with new friends and let the excellent staff help you order! Enjoy the wonderful food, buy yourself a sweet hoodie… and have a glass of Cheerwine for me at my new favorite place in all of Ohio!!
Probably 4 stars but gave them the advantage of doubt. This place was a mixed bag for us. The food was really good. Prices are as expensive as you would expect from a BBQ place if you don't like it, then drive a car. For us the disadvantage was the experience/stack. If we were there at the end of August, and I would expect the older lady who took orders to be new or just bad at her job. We said we had never been there and she had no suggestions for what we should get. Okay, I understand. But when we were obviously disturbed that there were practically no good choices for their bottled drinks (many empty slots), it would have been great if she mentioned that she had other drinks around the corner from sight. Then, of course, she brought us the wrong food, and we didn't know we had no idea what we had ordered to start with it. The father's daughters noticed in the room and gave us dirty looks when they and the lady discovered what happened, and they watched us how we already chopped off their meals. But I repeat what the locals have ordered was really good.
We were so glad we did. A brisket sandwich ordered. First off, Brisket here's fire! All right! We also have a Korean pig bell pizza, fantastic! Casual place and delicious food. Recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal.
