Mcdonald's - Bolivar

Dear McDonald’s in Bolivar TN , either get that old nasty having attitude lady from the window or close down . I ain’t sparing ha old axx no more .

I was passing through Bolivar, TN. My employees and I had just finished a commercial construction in the area. My team and I arrived at McDonald’s on April, 15 2024 for dinner. I had an impression that driving by with a 36ft trailer would have been an issue in drive thru. I asked my guys to dine inside due to the inconvenience of our trailer. As we were walking to the front door, we encountered an employee having a smoke break in front of the main entrance. He stopped us and said, “ wait you guys need to go through drive thru” I said “ we have a long trailer.. may we order inside? We don’t fit through drive thru” he said “hold on let me ask my manager” he went inside for approximately 20 seconds. He opened the door along with the manager and I was just having small talk with my employees… and I heard her say in a clear voice “ these dirty Mexicans are going to dirty up the lobby just close the door and lock it… we don’t have the lobby open” I stood there shocked and not believing what had just heard. We walked to the truck and drove to Corinth, MS to eat. It was very disappointing and I’m in disbelief. I guess we are still living in the past…

Yesterday I spent 45 minutes in line waiting in line for the drive through. I ordered my 3 number 7 combos 1 with a drink 2 without . They give me 4 burgers instead of 6. I start to leave but noticed my shortage . I was asked to pull back around but I refused without my sandwiches. I said 3 no. 7 with 4 burgers you do the math! I was finally given what I ordered but they were very nasty and smart mouthed.

Charged 4x on mobile. Employees acted like it was an everyday occurrence. And that I should be refunded in 24 hours.Sounds to me like McDonald owes interest onMoney held that’s not theirs

Ordered from the app, but I’m in another state, tried to call this store here in bolivar where the order was placed, AND THE PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!? I’d like a refund of the money I’ve wasted cause Bolivar McDonald’s sure didn’t earn it!
