Osaka Grill - Bolingbrook

My family has been going to this location for YEARS! The owner has always been super nice and will always continue to be very nice. The food is delicious, the service is great. Recently he has been understaffed so patience would be really nice at the current time for the Owner is doing more than one thing at a time. Thank you Osaka Grill !

Food is good enough, some of the sushi is pretty tasty. Went this past Saturday and staff was.... asleep? Tables weren't very tended to leaving empty drinks sitting a while, and the hibachi chef was nowhere to be found, even when ringing the bell.

Do NOT come here unless you’re open to foodborne illness. My friends and I weren’t even able to finish our plates. Food is 0/10. Left throw up in the parking lot. Horrible.

This place was filthy ! Food was old cold disgusting. Manager says because it was lunch time. They serve food from the days before. I was in disbelief they would actually tell u that with no shame. Pay 6 dollar more for fresh dinner food. 2hr limit. Was first last time here! Was in complete shock! No wonder if was completely empty. Poor service poor hygiene poor quality food. Disappointing

I read a lot of the low star reviews and they are mostly correct. I would not say the food is disgusting, or not edible, but it is not far off. The sushi rice is so gummy as to make it hard to swallow. All of the food is mostly warm and they do bring out new tubs often, so my guess is their food starts off not warm enough. I would also not suggest the hibachi as all of the meat looked... Not cold enough. Overall the price is WAY too high for the quality. There are much better Asian restaurants in the area for the same price.
