Mcdonald's Parkrand Drive-thru

This is the place with the most pathetic service! They could even serve a hot chocolate on time. Even the manager just stood there doing nothing!

Ordered 2 double quater medium meals, got told they don't have a double quater pounder anymore, however they can add a extra patty which I agreed too. Just for them not to do it. Teach your staff to listen

I love their food, their nuggets are the best compared to many McD's I've bought from, just that they are very slow you wait long for your order

Ordered 2 hot chocolate beverages, arrive at my place get 1 incorrect drink no answer on their phone. Super frustrating!! Seems like we must try the burning hot beverages before driving off to ensure they correct. Fix up phone service please

Parkrand Mcdonalds has the worst service. Today again getting my husband and daughter's order incorrect. We'll below the standards of other branches.
