The Cheesecake Factory - Boise

Cassandra (our waitress for the night) was the KINDEST person in the world, we had a little conversation (if it slows down) and I just fell in love with her when you ask about her in this restaurant! She'll treat you so well, she's such a treasure that I could talk to honestly all day. She ensured that our food and drink complied with our standards, she was really an angel. Please GIVE HER AISE RAISE! Also; Food and cheesecake were 5 STARS!

I love this place, they are always so courteous! I am pescatarian (only fish/seafood) and they always leave me under things. I placed an order over the phone and misunderstood my order and inadvertently accused me of 2 dishes if it had been a combo. They repaired it right away and gave me my cheesecake for free. They apologised and made it right, even though it wasn't a big deal. Thank you very much to the manager who was not only friendly for the customers, but to his employees and beautifully taught the girl how to ring something like that for the next time.

Managers and waiters were a great duo to help us have the best meal and experience. I know for a necklace, it's about people and not about the artisan food, so expect nothing other than a huge menu and amazing service. Sourdough >rye. Seafood and Ck > her steak. Cheesecake of course

Louisiana Chicken Pasta was amazing! Definitely worth the price. Enjoyable atmosphere for a nice lunch with my husband.

We were Celebrating our 25th anniversary and are glad we went to the cheesecake factory! The atmosphere was great! Our server was the best! The food was a little on the pricey side but we expected that when we went there!
