Pho Nouveau - Boise

I have the pho and it came with a lot of nice and a tonne noodles! define a bowl that I would share with someone next time. it was great though and reasonable price for the great! I would go back 100%!

It's hard to find pho restaurants in town that have veggie broth. Pho Nouveau does. It's veggie pho has all the veggies you expect to find in pho. The broth tastes a little sweet to me, but a little Siracha helps. This is a cute date place and serves beer and wine.

Pho was served quickly and very tasty. I loved the broth about other places I tried. There was a good amount of meat and many noodles. It's a great meal. We also had the spring rolls for appetizers. They were also delicious. This restaurant is conveniently located near several bars with outdoor seats. Would definitely go back. Server was wonderful

This place is so amazing? found this place while our visit in Boise and what a great choice we made ?ordered their crispy spring rolls and their beef pho and omg it was delicious and customer service was amazing too! Thank you so much? definitely recommend this place.

Wow, what a fantastic culinary experience. I enjoyed the crispy spring rolls followed up by a delicious and generous chicken egg noodle pho. And the service is most excellent I was warmly welcomed upon popping my head in, given superb recommendations, and served promptly. It was no frills, super delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and now I?m stuffed.
