Off The Grid Pizza - Boise

Excellent pizza! We tried their food truck service while we were at Cinder Winery and it was very fast and very delicious. This might be in the running for the best pizza in Boise. Will definitely be following where this truck is located! So good!

Off the Grid -Wood Fired Pizza ?????????? OTG is a Boise-based food truck. It is hard to put into words how out of this world extraordinary this pizza is. I tried it for the first time last week and haven?t been able to stop thinking about it. The crust is a little thinner than I normally prefer, but it works perfectly in conjunction with the sauce, cheese and toppings. My go to pizza, especially when I?m trying a new pizza joint is a classic pepperoni pie. OTG?s pepperoni pizza is unlike any I have ever had. Everything about it is perfection and the flavors are next level. If you had told me that this flavor combination had been lab-engineered with the intent of causing a lifelong addiction, I would believe you. It?s just that good. In that first bite, I simultaneously tasted a peppery flavor mixed with the most amazingly complex tomato sauce that was somewhat reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes, topped with melted cheese and pepperoni baked to a temperature hot enough to cause it to form perfect little cups of meaty goodness. In between bites, I found myself looking down at the pizza with a puzzled expression, saying aloud ?What the heck?!?!? It was if all the other pizzas I?ve ever had were just cheap imitations of the real stuff. I can?t wait to return and try more of OTG?s pizza. I love that they are constantly offering new flavor combinations in addition to the all the old favorites. They offer Take and Bake pizza but I think part of what makes this pizza so special is that it is wood-fired. Gluten-Free and Vegan options available Off The Grid Pizza ?????????? On 10/8/20, I went to visit OTG for the second time with my friend TJ. We ordered the Pesto Veggie (Spinach, red onion, mushrooms, black olives and peppadew) and the Meat ?Shroom (homemade sausage, pepperoni and roasted mushroom). Both were excellent!? One of the things that I loved about the? Pesto Veggie was the pesto was not applied too heavily, which allowed the other flavors to shine through.

You won?t find a better pizza. I don?t care what anyone says. You also won?t find a better couple than the owners. Truly the definition of good food good people Love and that?s what I want. Just too many good things to say about this place. You need this pizza in your life.

Came in and cooked for at least 100+ people at my work. It didn't take forever, they were very nice, and their pizza was fricken delicious! I am happy to be a return guest here!

The pizza was amazing !!! Everyone loved the pizza!!! They were so great catering our wedding and easy to coordinate and communicate with ! :
