Masala Bistro Boise

Absolutely delicious! Below is the mango chicken and butter chicken. Staff and chef are proud of their food. One of my favorite Indian foods in Boise.

That's the best food. This is my first introduction to Indian food and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, my waitress was an absolute angel and the design of the restaurant was very welcoming and welcoming without exaggerating. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious and the owner stopped at our table was so friendly. 10/10 will eat here again!!!

My husband took me here for the first time and I was very impressed! The staff was wonderful! The buffet was so delicious. Usually to a buffet the food seems to be old or outside, this was not the case here and the meat was tenderly not boiled over. We had a very nice lunch and the price was on time!

This place is perfect for Indian food fixation. Lunch and dinner buffets are perfect for what you get. Endless Naan bread, many different curries, and as much rice as you can eat. The lamb curry has some of the best lamb you can get in Idaho and they do a good job to confuse this taste during the curry. The chicken masala was sweeter than what I usually use, but still tasteful. This is not a place you take your boss to impress her, but it is the perfect small corner to hang and have good food
