Gyro Shack - Boise

The pita wraps were cooked a bit crispy which is what I asked for, I had made special requests, they followed the requests. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great job!

Great GYROS! Spice sauce is good hot! We eat at Gyro Shack at least once a week, which says it all!!!

Should up about an hour after they opened and were the only ones here. The two ladies working were so kind and helpful and they literally loaded us up on the fries. I tried Gyro Shack for the first time a few weeks before this and love it.

They always do a great job at this location. Superb service and the food is made just right.

The day January 23rd at approximately 5:45pm this SPECIFIC location of Gyro Shack CHANGED MY LIFE. Whoever these kids were- they need a raise for real. Let me set the scene: Empty restaurant, Snow on the Beach by queen Taylor Swift: BLASTING, and 2 teenagers with the skills of Gordon Ramsey himself. The falafel! SO MOIST, NOT DRY AND CRUMBLY!!!! Delicious. Tzatziki feta spicy sauce ratio: PERFECT. And they hooked us up with the biggest cup of greek fries I have ever seen with my own two eyes. I have been desperately in need of a real New York Halal truck street gyro, and this simulated that to almost a T. Every other gyro shack: bad no good, Emerald Street knows what they are doing and everywhere else should close down IMMEDIATELY because they will never EVER beat the RELIGIOUS experience I just had in this very gyro shack tonight.
