Bidra med feedbackWe had an event catered for 40 people and everything was outstanding. Food was delicious and reasonable and the hostess was very helpful. I need to try their restaurant now.
We were a group of 9 celebrating a 65th birthday. There was not one complaint to be found. I had the veal liver and my spouse had the filet of sole amandine. Soup, salad, main course, dessert, tea and 1/2 bottle of wine including tip was 125. Great value for your . Service was excellent. Will certainly go back.
My wife and I visited Le Fin Palais on a Sunday night less crowded . The restaurant is located in Bois-des-Filion, a small suburban town north of Laval and Montreal, just south off autoroute 640. The decor is pleasant, but would need a bit more light inside except for the converted terrace who has plenty of windows. The service was very friendly and attentive and the food quite good. The menu Table d 'Hôte offers a wide variety of dishes. We enjoyed the house signature aperitif orange juice, rum and liqueur . While not very extensive, the wine list offered several nice wines at reasonable prices. Some half-bottles and italian ? house wine by the glass are also available. While not exactly cheap with a few extras here and there depending on your choice of appetizers or entrees, the meals were excellent value for money. Don 't miss the guinea fowl pintade breast filled with the deer meat with Amaretto and cherry sauce, absolutely delicious! My wife took the fish with shrimps that was also very good. We highly recommend this restaurant, but reserve a few week in advance and ask if there are many group reservations could be noisy . Parking on is very limited but extra parking on street or next door at butcher shop or at the mall on the other side of the road.
My wife and I visited Le Fin Palais on Saturday night and are happy to recommend this restaurant to other Tripadvisor users. The restaurant is in Bois-des-Filion, a small town north of Montreal, just off autoroute 640, about 10 minutes east of autoroute 15. Located in a converted house it has been operated by the original owners for over 20 years. Decor is pleasant, service friendly and attentive and the food definitely made it worth the trip. The menu offers a variety of dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the aperitif we were given upon being seated through to the dessert and coffee at the end of our meal. While not exactly cheap the meals were excellent value for money and the wine list offered several nice wines at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this restaurant.
On May 29th we booked the restaurant for 20 wedding guests. Louis Andre was very accommodating and helpful with everything that we asked for. His people made us a special cake just as we specified, and he brought in a special wine that we requested. The food and service was marvelous, and the atmosphere was lovely. Some of our well traveled guests said it was the best food they have had, and yet it was very good value. We are looking forward to going back again ourselves.
