Mcdonald's - BOILING SPRINGS

Slowest McDonald's ever. I literally could have went next door to Los Mexicanos and sat down and had an entire meal, ate dessert, and listened to the mariachi band sing happy birthday to the lil boy behind us, before i got to the window to get my food.

Get half diet coke and half coke. I understand that you aren't making that much an hour, but you should still care about what you are giving your customers. Bad enough I had to sit in line forever just to be disappointed as usual by McDonald's. Last time I ever go back!

I was charged for and given the wrong food. When I informed them at the window I was short a large coke and a med Fri, the manager came to the window and said I had to pay for the extra fry. I explained to her what I ordered and had already paid and someone working the orders was not listening very well. I did give her my card so I could get my food I had initially ordered. She did finally come back, refunded me and apologized for her employees error. A bit of confusion but they made it right in the end.

Went thru drive thru ordered a large coffee with milk. I was told you have to buy the milk to put in the coffee. No may I take your order just a very rude “you can order”. What is it with these people like they are doing us an honor to serve us. Never will we ever go near that place again.

Waited forever for cold food, if I wanted to taste something similar I would’ve gone dumpster diving in their trash instead. Drive through employees sat at the window doing nothing to stall for time, waiting to close, with a whole line of cars outside. Not even 10:10pm when they close at 11pm. Save yourself time and go somewhere worth the wait.
