Bidra med feedbackI've never been so disappointed with Chinese cuisine. It was really tasteless. The crispy duck had no crack at all. The sweet and acidic pig was dry and the sauce was a terrible mixture. Really bad food.
The food was very good what the restaurant kept from getting a star. The value was extremely low, the food costs twice what it costs in other places. (18,000 pesos for a single portion of soup) On the menu that mu shu pork said cerdo con tortilla, which means pork with pancake. Then they charge us extra (2.000 pesos per) for TINY pancakes. This was misleading on the menu, and in my opinion, overpriced for tiny mu schu pancakes. We will not return.
I love Asian cuisine, so I always look for Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Vietnamese restaurants when on business trips (no Japanese suffering). Unfortunately, I couldn't find any good Asian cuisine in Bogota, just... regularly
If you are looking for your American basic food, this is the place. But for a Chinese place there is surprisingly not much for vegetarians. Our egg rolls and vegetables were like what you would find in any average restaurant. However, the Crispy Stuffed Tofu was neither crispy nor filled. The service was very attentive, but very formal, with suitable waiters. Id give this only two stars, but since the place is only this side of the wonderful Kitsch, I give it three. More than the food.
This is an imacculate little place. The waiters were attentivw and the food was very good. The atmosphere is very nice. The kung pao chicken had a creeping heat which I loved. The desserts were spare, but you will end up so full of soup, wontons and spring rolls that won't matter.
