Kaixin Vegan Bistro - Bogor

After indulging in a lot of fried vegan dishes in Jakarta, I was eager to try something fresher. This restaurant offers many popular fried vegan dishes from Indonesia, but puts a greater emphasis on freshly cooked vegetables. It is a fantastic dining spot! The restaurant is very clean (I even peeked into the kitchen), and the food is fresh and perfectly seasoned. If you enjoy a variety of cooked greens, this is the place for you. They have a buffet with an abundance of locally sourced vegetables cooked to perfection. Their tempeh, satay, and tofu are some of the best in Indonesia. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-13.
