Subway - Boerne

Not that there was a long distance to wait, but I felt so bad for the employee. They were short staff, but for the few of us there she did an excellent job.

Subway has her menu I love her tuna. I order the Tuna Deluxe with extra spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion green peppers and just a splash of black pepper. The 6 is a hearty meal for me. My children had both turkeys. Service was fast and friendly, and the tables were all clean. I have eaten in many of the subways in San Antonio, this was on the spot. Consistency is the characteristic of a franchise, Subway consistently achieves consistency.

The food is good, but the line is LONG at noon. I didn't see anyone eating. Just a LONG lunch line.

I feel like subway raised her game. Fresh, tasty sandwiches, fresh bread, always a more healthy option than a Fast Food Burger

Plenty of people working and moved through line well. Sandwich was good.
