Salty Sweet - Boerne

Great ice cream shop. The ice cream is made in house. Cookies and brownies are delicious and they offer a great variety of candies.

Hubs wanted ice cream after tapas beer, can you believe it??! LOL! So we walked a block away ckd it out. Has a small selection of ice cream candy/popcorn in a cute, old time shop. I sampled the Avocado ice cream but it wasn't as intense as I'd like. I also tried the chocolate but same thing so I got the coffee--1 scoop. Hubs got salted caramel chocolate on a waffle cone. The friendly young teenager(? gal helped us.

$9 for a root beer float; tall price to pick your own brand of root beer…

~This place is so cute! My son loved the variety of candy! The ice cream was delicious. The 2 young gals working could of been a little friendlier. Other than that, we enjoyed this unique little dessert shop.

The fact I made it to the front of the line before two school teams and fans unloaded made everything taste better! While the coffee/ Nutella shake and XXXL pretzel hit the (mid afternoon) spot w 5 ?, timing is EVERYTHING!!
