Chili's Grill - Boerne

People, it's time to start cooking at home. Chili's just isn't what it use to be. We had one waitress who took care of 15 tables, alone. I truly felt sorry for her. She continually got my order wrong. I didn't consider it a restaurant crime since shewas flying solo waiting on 15 tables. Time to add Chili's to the long list of banned places.

The waitress was decent, could tell she was tired from working (not an issue). Ordered. Asked for the sauce on the side, came on the sandwich, fries were squishy, sent them back as well. My husband's rice and beans were stone cold. Steak was cooked well.Overall not a very good experience

First and foremost, I've visited this restaurant three times, and each experience has been wonderful thanks to the friendly and helpful staff and management. I highly recommend this location! During my visit, I ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger. At first, I thought it would be a burger made from ground brisket, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it’s a regular burger topped with brisket and coleslaw. OMG, this burger was fantastic! I definitely recommend trying it. The new mozzarella sticks with warm marinara sauce appetizer were also incredible. For my adult friends, I suggest the Tito’s Punch—it's amazing!

I went for dinner and had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Johnny, who was fantastic! The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. The food runners were also friendly and very pleasant, although I didn’t catch the name of one of them.

I waited at the bar for 10 minutes, then decided to take my things back to the car. When I walked back in, I continued to wait. The bartender returned and served a gentleman who had been waiting for 5 minutes less than I had. I had a great experience here yesterday with two meals and drinks, but today I did not feel inclined to eat here. I recently moved back to the area, but I don’t think I will be returning.
