Ochsentrog - Böblingen

The Ochsentrog is located directly on the forest edge of Böblingen and near the Waldfriedhof. On the lower floor the local dog sports club has its business premises. Jogger, Wanderer, Ausflügler are happy to come here. The Ochsentrog offers a solid, rich selection of Italian dishes. When I look past a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the lukewarm velvet on the pleasantly cool terrace, I sometimes give a basket with freshly baked pizza rolls to go to the house. Very nice gesture! My favorite is not to compare the grilled squid tubes with the dead, fat things from the freezer. Barbecue aromas and a tasty touch of garlic prevail here. A side salad with green leaf salad and tomatoes. Costs between 10 and 15 euros depending on the equipment. Also recommended: the huge pizzas with very crispy pastry. If desired, the residues are packed. Also here large dogs are welcome to be accommodated in the guest room and of course to receive a bowl of water. The service is really friendly and unattended. Some parking spaces are located right outside the door, others are located on a parking lot directly on the Maurener Weg. There is even a bus stop called Ochsentrog. What else do you want?

A delicious Italian. The restaurant is beautifully located in nature and has a terrace that is partly covered. The noodles were good, also the appetizers are recommended. You can also order everything to take away. The boss is super nice and friendly. Come on.

Food is good and inexpensive. The service should be a bit more talkative and friendly. The atmosphere inside has increased, is really beautiful. And the view of the city is free!
