I've known this type of boulangerie with coulommiers 77. I'm glad there's a boe clone. bread is excellent and perfectly congested. I don't think there's any old game left. we loved cabbages and coconut rocks (sensitive). I'm not coming back regularly for bread.

A chain bakery, which makes excellent pastries, at defiant prices all competition, and especially breads are good and different flavors offered cereal, or old flour, really a good bakery. I love their cake.
