Palma Royale - Bocas del Toro

Great stay, clean, comfortable and we have a free upgrade to a bedroom. small refrigerator in the room. they get their laundry here. my first hot shower in weeks.

We booked a deluxe oceanview room through booking.com, but were disappointed to find ourselves on the first floor with views of other hotel walls and roofs from the balcony. There was also a construction ladder in the middle of the room, indicating it had not been cleaned recently. After discussing with the receptionist, it was confirmed that the room should not have been booked online, but no other rooms were available. We were eventually refunded most of our money due to currency exchange rates and had to find another hotel.

Spacious rooms. great location to foot for everything. I'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this restaurant with our family. The breakfast was fantastic, the coffee machine in the room was top-notch, and the staff was very laid-back and friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I had an amazing dinner here last year, so I decided to come back for breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The first two items I wanted to order were not available, and the dish I did end up ordering was not prepared correctly.
