The food was terrific and our waiter was outstanding. The place had a nice vibe, I will definitely be going back.

Very impressed by the quality of the food and service at The Blue Dog. The menu was creative and the presentation of the food was excellent. We had a great meal with some deliciously different starters including the tuna tartare with mango and the crab cakes with bone marrow but there was also a spinach dip and other options for the less adventurous eater. We all sampled different burgers for the main course which, again, all had an original twist on your average burger menu. All were delicious and portion sizes were generous. Service was attentive throughout the whole meal and we were made to feel really welcome. The actual restaurant has been designed to be a comfortable attractive space to enjoy a really good night out. Can highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Awesome place to go...loved the fire show. Food and drinks were outstanding and the staff was amazing! Had a great time!

We arrived to find extremely loud music that was difficult to talk over. Waited for 20 minutes while waiters passed by and never acknowledged us. Needed to ask if there was a waiter that could take a drink order. Phil came by took our order and disappeared. During our dinner he also stopped by to fill my husband’s water whisked away quickly ignoring the rest of us. We needed to ask twice for another table setting since we were 4 and there was just 3. No one came to ask us if we would like appetizers and we had to ask for water and bread. Popovers were served were surprisingly delicious. The restaurant wasn’t fully booked so I’m not sure if they were understaffed because it was the night before New Year’s or what was going on.   However, no one came back until we asked again. A waitress named Jude was the answer to our dinner prayers. Sweetest girl with the biggest smile, very professional and was on top of everything that we asked for. The food was good but we had ordered a butternut squash salad and had to look for the butternut squash, which was well hidden. There was a little bit of entertainment, a lit up butterfly costume, and a woman doing a fire act. At the end of the evening when she came by, she asked my husband why he was so afraid of the fire. We weren’t sure what she was talking about. I would suggest she shouldn’t criticize customers.  If I ever returned, it would only be because of Jude. The food was good but…
