I have never been denied water at a restaurant before. Sitting down inside somewhere or going through a drive-thru. In fact I’ve never even had an issue here until tonight. I spent $18 on food for 3 people, I also asked for 3 waters and then was told they only give 1 out per order. I knew this was false because I come here often and have never had an issue getting waters. So I asked how long they have been doing this and the so called “Manager” tonight said “forever” and then proceeded to close the window in my face. I will never come back to this location. Not only was he rude but I offered to pay for waters and still was not given that opportunity. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My one star is not for the food,service or atmosphere it is due to pricing and serving sizes and false charges. Ordered 2 soft beef tacos,added chicken for 1,5o got 3 small thin slivers,also added steak 1,70 4 small tiny slivers. When I opened them up was very disappointed, . If you go in for just soft chicken tacos they say swap meat but charge the price of the taco and the upcharge which is indeed not a swap. Your better off adding chicken as you pay the same price. They are a total rip off. Scammed and not liking it. I will go to Chipotle instead. The bell used to be a good value but not anymore with the deception going on and the ridiculous size of the food for the upcharge . Great service and not long wait. The person behind the counter had a great attitude and served us well.

A good Taco Bell location. They never get my order wrong, which is amazing. Very nice employees who usually smile sometimes have a personality. Seems to be fairly clean inside as well, but I usually hit the drive thru. Keep it up guys.
