12.04.2020 I went through the passage and ordered my food. When I came home, I discovered my food was wrong. Annoyed, but not annoyed, I drove back to the site. They were very nice and made my food new. Drove home. Yahtzee... I found hair in my food. Called managers to address my concern that even with increased sanitary supplies the hair would be in my food. She offered to remake then offered to repay. I both refused. You've made my order several times. I don't think cheese is too difficult. It is actually less work than adding. I offered McDonald that I would never eat in another place.
Cheap food... very satisfying. Nice place to meet the family. Nothing but good experiences here. Remember a cafe in Chicago I loved to visit.
The crew is always fantastic for our family! Every day! I love stopping it! Oh, and her sweet tea is always there!
First of all let me start off by saying worst customer service ever. Every Time you go to the drive-through there is always an issue, Either the employees are rude or they misunderstand you. when there seems to be a mistake and you try to address it with someone at the McDonald?s they give you an attitude instead of taking customer service into their first priority. Probably won?t be back or anyone else I know to that location anymore. Definitely leaving a call customer service tomorrow when they open. When the order was incorrect I had to go inside and that was very upsetting because of the current pandemic that isn?t a risk I wanted to take ,especially seeing people with gloves. When you go to McDonald?s you want a quick easy fast experience you don?t want to spend the whole time remembering everyone?s name for when you call customer service very disappointed. Also it would be nice if the employees where more sensitive to the times and the current situation that we are experiencing. These are every hard times for everyone and you don?t know what someone is dealing personally and that should be taken into account in a family restaurant from both the employees and the managers.
