Hooters - Boca Raton

Running tradition for years now to go straight here with my grandparents the second we arrive in ft lauderdale.

I ordered a Western BBQ burger to go from hooters in Boca Raton. Got home only to discover my BBQ burger didn’t have any BBQ sauce on it. The kicker is my order receipt was stuck to the bag with a sticker that said “double checked for accuracy”.

Weird that the managers are ringing in orders for the girls. I had to have them adjust my order twice before honoring the promo.

Take out . They don 't care at all . Girl had attitude. And I tipped her for taking order. Manger walked up to us his attitude even worse. Ticket had time on it. Clock on wall. 18 min wait,few wings asked rude girl.is it ready? it hasn 't been 18 min. I showed her ticket refused to look at said you don 't know what you 're talking about manager deer in headlight said I don 't know what happened so I can 't say she could not be rude until I hear. Then wasn 't interested. Guy could not manage a parking lot with 2 cars.Never go back again. Then boneless were rubber threw it out.IF YOU LOOK MANY BAD REVIEWS IN LAST FEW MONTHS MUST BE NEW MANAGER.
