Chipotle Mexican Grill - Boca Raton

The bowl was pretty good the french fries were on the limp side, but my Dasher got here in about 25 seconds so I'm CERTAIN they were handed to him like that

Not good. Very little pork in a huge bowl full of rice and odd tasting beans. I'd go with Chipotle if you're in the mood for a mexican bowl.

Avoid the one 5560 N Military Trl and go to this location instead. Even though they close 30 mins earlier and the drive could be a little farther depending on your location, the customer service here is miles above the other location. The employees are willing to do their job even at later hours to service the clients accordingly. The people who worked at the other location got upset when I walked in 20 mins before they closed. They even told me they couldn’t turn on the machine to heat the burritos LOL. I was surprised they acted that way. But the customer service at this location is what it should be!!

This Chipotle has been hit or miss, but recently seems to have gotten better. In the past you'd order ahead and the order would often be screwed up. Fortunately, this seems to have been resolved. They seem to have more staff. We most recently visited yesterday, September 27, 2021 and were happy with the store. Frequented by FAU and other college age students, it is conveniently located. They no longer sell beer at this store.

Its pretty good and they give you a lot of chicken
