Carrot Express - Boca Raton

I've never been less excited then pleasantly surprised more than coming here for lunch. The food was incredible, not what I thought.We ordered oriental crunch salad, with seared Ahi tuna, and burger bowl with their marinated tofu, and some extra tofu on the side. As a dessert we got a almond butter acai bowl.The tuna was incredible, juicy, fresh, and a decent portion for the salad. Natalya was very helpful and made sure my daughter got a special lunch.

I really liked this place. Easy and quick and decent prices. The food tasted very good. I’m not sure if anything is organic though. I’ll ask next time. I had a salad and salmon.

I used Uber eats. Every dish I ordered over the weekend I visited were excellent!

On November 17th I received an email from you for a BOGO on your ceasar wraps....I love them so I ordered.....at least I tried....Spent at least 35 trying to order on like...Called the Boca Raton location on Palmetto Park Rd....told them I was having problems ordering....said she couldn't help me on a delivery ordered....so I downloaded the app.....tried again....it denied the coupon code...call the store...talked to manager...nothing they could do...but said that the discount would automatically be applied at checkout....ok...so I ordered.....finally went thru....NO DISCOUNT...called again....talked to manager....she said well...I can add another wrap and make it 3...I said no....either credit account or Cancel...Said they Cancel...ok....great...Then I get a text from the deliver to say my orders will be delivered....called again...they said don't worry about it.....when they get here,we will tell them no pickup..we will credit your account....they will not deliver...I said ok....Then I get another text that my order is on its way....it was delivered...WOW...JUST WOW.....4 phone calls later....talked to 2 managers....and you still screwed me....and lied to me.....You charged me full amount....no BOGO.....what is really sad is..I really like carrot Express....go there a lot...whether it be for pick up or delivery.....but not anymore ...very dishonest people that actually lie to you....I wasn't asking for free stuff....I even told her just credit one wrap....she couldn't do that....what a mess .....Kim T
