Bagel City – South - Boca Raton

I was recommended to Bagel City from a friend. I'm originally from NY and know a good bagel. I ordered an everything bagel. When I got home it was a hardly anything bagel. Very disappointed. I'm traveling further and further from where I live to find a decent bagel.

Plain bagel with cream cheese and pastry was very good, did takeout, everyone was NY nice. Price was ok, old school bagel shop, will definitely go again.

Called 8 a.m. to have fish platter prepared for Shiva call at 10 a.m. same day. Not only did they meet the time frame, the platter was fantastic. Beautifully prepared, with the finest ingredients. Kudos to Bagel City South and their compassionate response.

I was from out of town and just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and some lox. I received my bagel which I gave to my wife. When I went to the register I was told it was $16. What deli charges $16 for a bagel with cream cheese and lox. We were getting back on the road so I just paid. When we got into the car there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel and one slice of lox sliced in half. I went to 2nd st bagels in Boca and this same sandwich was $10.50 and almost double the size. From the other reviews we will never come back here and I recommend everyone going elsewhere. How can these people rip off the public like this.
