Duffy's Tavern - Boalsburg

My wife and I usually enjoy dining at Duffy's. Their wings are amazing, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. It was quite crowded on a Saturday night, so we expected a bit of a wait. Our wings were as delicious as always - crispy and flavorful. However, when our entrees arrived, we were disappointed. I ordered the Duffy burger and my wife had the crab cake sandwich, both of which lacked seasoning. My burger was bland with a soggy bun, and even the toppings seemed flavorless. This has happened to me multiple times with the burger, and I had hoped for better quality. Despite this, we still love Duffy's for special occasions and will continue to dine there, enjoying their other tasty dishes. We just won't order the Duffy burger anymore.

A wonderful experience. Good food, good service. Quiet, friendly staff. I think this pretty much covers everything and what else can you expect or say about having dinner at the historic Duffy’s Tavern? Great location, steeped in history, tradition and cultural heritage.

The food and service were great in a really beautiful building. Recommend the French Dip and the Pork Cutlets. We will definitely return.
