Customer service that is so bad that it is insulting to anyone who works for a living

Everytime I finally get the time to stop at a Chester's, seems like they're always out of chicken and having to wait cause employee cant prioritize something as simple as beading and frying chicken when low on finished product. This one needs better management for sure. Sorry for the rant I havent ate all day and there's not many options for food at this loves
