B K Root Beer Stand Bummies

This was our 1st time here. Have not been to a drive up root beer stand in a very long time. Almost wasn't sure what to do. This was fun. The lady's working here were so sweet and the food was extremely good. And definitely priced affordably. We will definitely be returning to Bummie's. Fact is, I can't wait.

Chicken and chili dogs were great. Rootbeer floats wonderfully done in actual mugs.

Easy enough to find and park. It is a pull in and wait staff comes to take your order (like the old hamburger or B&K) places. Waitress we had wasn’t very friendly who took the order. The person who brought the food was pleasant. Dbl hamburger was not very good as it came out like warm and tasted like it had just been warmed up in a microwave. Bun was old and falling apart just taking the wrapper off and tasted like a stale bun as well. Onion rings were small and burnt but I did get a carrot stick in with the onion rings. Spanish dog was okay the fries normal tasting. It was an okay place but will not come back. Also it is only cash or check, no Apple Pay or credit cards. Not a very scenic spot as you are right by a gas station, tire station.

It's not on the menu board, but try a hotdog with the barbecue meat on it. Get a side of cheese to dip your onion rings in. You will be glad you did !

Take out was great! Even if we traveled 25min home with our dinner. Thx Bummies
