Bidra med feedbackGreat dinner with excellent sides. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.
The service was great and everyone was very friendly. They were clear it was a casual dining experience, provided helpful information about the restaurant, and offered recommendations. We ordered the totchos and triple wide as an appetizer. Both were tasty, and the sauces tasted homemade. The house chips were thicker than I've had before and gave it a nice crunch. My husband and I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese and the smoked chicken pot pie. The pot pie had a flaky light texture to the crust and the smoked chicken was moist. The smoked turkey was probably the best we've had in KC (they smoke all their meats in-house). The Mac and cheese was good, but lacked some flavor. I did have to add salt and pepper and a little bit of hot sauce. If additional seasonings were added to the roux this dish would be spot on.We had the affagoto and butter cake for dessert. The espresso was made fresh and the butter cake was warm and comforting.Overall a pleasant dining experience for us all! The ambiance and decorations were also top notch.
Great professionalismKid-friendliness: Great professionalism
The food is great. We always get the meat charcuterie plate to share, and it never disappoints. Tried their house margarita this time, and it was amazing!
First timer here! The food here was great and freshly prepared! We ordered the brussel sprouts first, then the Smoked Cuterie Platter with burnt ends. All the meats were tender and well smoked. Also enjoyed the bbq sauce. You should try them out! Note that you go to the counter to order and pay, then they bring the food to your table. No waitstaff. Also, be sure to park in the garage off State Line. They do validate your parking for up to 3 hours.
