Bidra med feedbackService was spotty. Server was nice, friendly, but slow. Ordered brunch punch at 11:00 brunch; 15 minutes later server returned to inform us that there was no brunch punch. At brunch. And it took 15 minutes to find that out.
Our server Eric made the entire night. Food was okay was unaware there was a half kitchen on Sundays as the reason behind picking location was for the sushi. Food was delicious otherwise but more on the pricey side for simple dishes. Will return for the sushi and re rate my overall experience.
For the location and prices, this establishment was just ok for me. The planks were amazing and the best part of the meal. Our actual meals were 5/10. Not great, not awful. Our server, Griffin, was terrific. The women's bathroom was in awful condition and needs a lot of attention. There were paper products all over the floor, the top part of the soap dispenser was broken and the sink had a rust stain from the hot water handle all the way down. With all the other dining choices at the Plaza, will most likely not return to Gram and Dun.
This was our first brunch at Gram Dun after eating dinner there several times. We had a great seat outside, where was not noisy or too busy. Our meals were very good, tasty and well presented. Sydney was an excellent server from start to finish.
We had high expectations given what we'd read in publications and recommendations from friends, but it was somewhat underwhelming. Great, polite service with a lovely ambiance, but our half chicken was really a quarter chicken (breast and thigh only) and our prime ribeye was overcooked, albeit it was a sizable portion.
