An old place with good flavor and traditional BBQ style food.

I was too hungry to take a picture! I had the half brisket sandwich, and a side of potato salad. I prefer the rich and spicy sauce, this establishment is definitely the OG of Kansas City barbecue! My tried true favorite! Thanks y’all!

The place had great reviews and was listed as one of the best bbq spots in KC. When I tell you it is the worst I have ever had, I am not exaggerating. I got the half chicken and my boyfriend got the sliced pork. Both are lacking flavor extremely. The sauces on the table are basically tomato sauce. They are definitely not barbecue sauce. The chicken was extremely dry. Waited 30 minutes in line and spent $30 on food and tipped even though the service was trash. Employees were rude and not helpful to us or others around us. Not worth your time.

Very astonished by this lady she said save ur fork to a stranger very rude ! She refused to give me any fork even though she got a lot of it Never been treated so rudely
