Bethlehem Cafe' - Blue Springs

We recently heard about this place and had no idea that it was here what was a find! We cannot recommend this place enough! The hotel is located in the old Pizza Hut building on Woods Chapel Road. Our waitress, Michelle, was fantastic! She answered all the questions we had, and even spoke with the cook to make a special dessert combination for me (1/2 order baklava harisa) Everything tasted amazing here-we cannot wait back!

Great food! Many decisions. Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend it! Had the circus plate the meat tender and tasty!

I have a new favorite place. He tried today and was blown away completely. I had the hummus, falafel and gyro meat, and it was amazing. The only thing that made me sad was that I didn't order enough for dinner. I don't think I ever had anything for lunch and loved it so much that I wanted to go back to dinner. You definitely have a fan here

Super friendly. Great service. I love having Mediterranean food in Blue Springs hometown restaurant style! Something for everyone on the menu, from waffles to chicken strips; but really, why go for the cheeseburger when you have a selection of amazing food you can't find anywhere else? Branch out! Live a little! This is your chance for world travel, without all the passports and airport layovers.

My wife and I have eaten there with our kids on several occasions. The service has always been great and the food is amazing. [Note: The baba ghanouj is outstanding and their vanilla bean cheesecake is to die for! We hope they are there for many years to come!
